My day started off with a good old welcome from Old Klang Road.
Traffic, 2 hours of sleep and a naggy Soft Uncle who woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. Tho Ash didn't even get to wake up. How can you wake up when you've barely slept?? So the morning consisted of a long drive to the hospital where I had to keep Tatha(grandad) company for the morning and afternoon.
Soft Uncle : Now that you've got holidays, make use of your time. Your Veenai teacher asks about you.
Ash : Cause I rocked that class.
Soft Uncle : Why dontchu finish the classes?
Ash : Because I'm DONE. I can compose songs and it doesn't get better than THAT.
Soft Uncle : But there's no forced practise.
Ash : Why should any instrument be FORCED?
Soft Uncle : You have a million reasons for everything.
Ash : It's called Logic.
Soft Uncle : You never listen.
Ash : Is it just me, or did you wake up on the wrong side of bed this morning? Or does being bald, in severe need of reading glasses and 40 plus do this to you?
Soft Uncle : I'm not bald.
Ash : I've got a reflective picture of your head somewhere on my laptop.
Soft Uncle : I'm NOT bald.
Ash : Ok then, you're BALDING.
Soft Uncle : There's a HUGE difference between bald and balding. Get it right next time.
Ash : Someone just can't let go eh?
Soft Uncle : *grunts*
=D
Then I discovered that camwhoring was genetic! =D
So I kept Tatha amused by telling him stories about the Adorable Medha, how Amachi (grandmum) got all flustered this morning and the last and made Aunty Mani break the coconut for Ponggal prayers although it's supposed to be done by a male in the household. He laughed quite a bit, and looked a lot healthier too. I'm glad.
This is how Tatha dearest reads the newspapers. He's actually reading aloud in this awfully thickly accented telly newsreader accent.
I have no idea why he does it really.
After an incredibly good lunch of homemade Char Kuey Teow (Aunty Thaya makes the best, honest. Beats any Penang stall I've ever eaten in and yes even Ah Leng's kuey teow, pre-meds!)
That got Tatha all nice and contented =D

What did I say about camwhoring again? Ah yes. Genetic. Hee.
So then we had to go this singing occasion that my mum and aunt were taking part in on occasion of it being Ponggal yesterday. Needless to say, shots of my mum and aunt are not the primary focus here but this adorable lil critter here instead!
Me wants one some day... :)
It was also Shibs birthday today. Someone said we looked scarily alike so we decided to give it a test.
Oh boy.
The rest that follow are what I had for dinner. I didn't eat much save two pieces of fried squid with one unfinished. We went to our favourite place, Strawberry Fields Cafe kat PJ , hee. And YET, I STILL couldn't eat -_- and got bored while the others ate so Dhivs captured the next shot.
Something's majorly wrong with me. It's like an apocalypse is about to take place.
I came home, to the most understanding partner I could ever possibly get *hugs Emperor Insanity* and wished that someone had already invented a teleporter so I could summon him over in a jiffy. 14000 miles over. Bed, Emperor, maybe a massage? *bliss* Haha!
Anyhoo, that concludes today's looooong day.
Exhausted is me.
Bed I see.
Whee.
*jumps onto bed and dies*
